Description of tunnel lining trolley:The tunnel steel formwork lining trolley is a combined steel structure portal frame to support the large steel structure formwork system and the electric motor traveling mechanism drives the trolley to travel. It is tunnel concrete forming equipment that uses hydraulic cylinders and screw jacks to adjust template positioning and demolding. It has the advantages of low cost, reliable structure, convenient operation, fast lining speed, and good tunnel forming surface which is widely used in the construction of highways, railways, hydropower, urban subways and other tunnels. The tunnel lining trolley can be designed according to the lining section drawing and technical requirements provided by the clients.Components of tunnel lining trolley:This trolley is composed of template assembly, top mold frame assembly, translation mechanism, gantry assembly, master-slave walking mechanism, screw jack, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc.Working principle of tunnel lining trolley:The outer contour of the steel formwork tunnel lining trolley is consistent with the theoretical inner contour of the tunnel lining. By blocking the two excavated silo surfaces of the formwork, a closed annular silo is formed with the excavated surface, and then concrete is poured to realize the tunnel lining construction.
